Enable budget mode

Yunoo has two modes to handle an organization : Budget and sales. The default mode is sales.

Sales mode

This is the default mode. Example : An organzation manager decides to buy 3 accesses to a course. He will pick a quantity of 3 during checkout. He will then have access to his business dashboard where, he will have 3 credits to consume on this specific course. When he will assign one of his employee/collaborators to the course, his remaining credit will go down by 1.

Remaining credits for a training in the

Budget Mode

In this mode, you can give a "training budget" to the organization. Everytime an organization manager assigns an employee/collaborator to a training, the price of the training will be deducted from the organization training budget. The organzation can keep on spending their training budget until it drops to zero.
