Creation of collaborator on LMS during import

This field is only relevant if you've enabled collaborator csv upload. If set to true, it means that the collaborator will be created on your LMS platform during the csv upload with the data contained in the CSV. If set to false, the collaborator will only be created on the LMS platform when you assign them to a specific training.
